Full-scale custom clinical trial recruitment campaign with brand, site, and asset dev prior to trial launch

Ground-up creation of a patient recruitment campaign including visual brand development, landing page build, and advertisement campaign asset production.
With no prior team experience, my team and I needed to create a full-scale marketing campaign to funnel interested patients into an intake for an upcoming clinical trial. While following a similar patient journey to a recruitment campaign, this "pre-recruitment" campaign couldn't pull any specific information from the trial to help incentivize patients to join. This project also had a tight turnaround of two weeks (on top of regular workload) to meet study trajectory timelines.

First, I created a few brand identity options for the client to choose from including website and asset mock-ups to help visualize. Following brand approval, I fully executed the website with a new and improved layout to increase conversions on the website (sign-ups via questionnaire). Upon completion of the website, I utilized imagery cohesive to the brand to help create digital assets for the advertising campaign for various platforms.
The campaign had a timely launch with great success, resulting in the client extending the duration of advertisements. We saw a significant increase in user engagement on this website than those for other client projects with similar advertising budgets, and the client was ultimately very pleased with our rapid design and set-up of the pre-recruitment campaign.
